Healing Missions:- Supporting Jim Humbles Work and taking donations - Spiritis Church

OriginalChurch or email: archbishop@spiritis.org - also funding other healing missions in Africa, India and Central and South America. We are all motivated to saving the planet and healing the people on it.

Who are we?

We are ordinary people who feel it our duty to promote human welfare.

We practice humane treatment and provide assistance to others. We believe that all human beings deserve respect and dignity and should be treated as such. We work towards advancing the well-being of humanity as a whole. We abhor slavery, violation of basic and human rights, and discrimination on the basis of features such as colour of skin, religion, ancestry, place of birth, disabilities, etc. We help people to save lives, alleviate suffering and promote human dignity in the middle of man-made or natural disasters, never sacrificing a human being to a purpose.

We believe, like Jean Pictet, that “the wellspring of the principle of humanity is in the essence of socail morality which can be summer up in a single sentence, whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them. This fundamental precept can be found, in almost identical form, in all the great religions, Brahminism, Buddhism, Christianity, Confucianism, Islan, Judaism and Taoism. It is the golden rule of the positivists, who do not commit themselves to any religion but only to the data of experience, in the name of reason alone.” (quoted from Wikipaedia)

We are strong supporters of Jim Humble and his mission - more info on MMS page. $1 from the sale of every bottle of MMS goes to the Jim Humble Foundation to help those in need in Africa.

WHY? Because it’s the Christian thing to do!

Best wishes from Bishop Glenda Green, that we should all live by:

My wishes to all Spiritis Ministers for the coming year:

Go forth with gratitude, optimism,

graciousness of spirit, and an open mind.

Embrace a strong vision, respect the freedom of others, enjoy your own free will, and be at peace with yourself through a living union with God.

Gratitude is your greatest prayer.

Resentment is your undoing of prayer.

Optimism is your greatest ability.

A bad attitude is your greatest handicap.

Graciousness of spirit is your greatest strength.

An unforgiving heart is your greatest disease.

An open mind is your source of progress.

Prejudice is your hindrance.

To embrace a vision is to have a future.

To worry about what others may think is to live in the shadow of their past.

There is no greater prison than the one you create for yourself.

There is no greater freedom than that which you give to yourself and wish for others.

There is no greater courage than to be who you really are.

There is no greater hurt than separation from God.

There is no greater peace than union with your Holy Source.

May the Peace of Christ be a living flame in your hearts.

(as it is in ours - Robert, Kerryn, Krystal, Brandon, Dean and the Team)
